Questions
Questions, answered
How long does a visit take?
A tidy is 20 minutes, tidy and polish 30, a gel manicure 45 and an overlay about an hour. The menu shows the time on every line.
Can I walk in?
No. The studio is by appointment only, so every visit gets its full time. Open slots, including same-day ones, show on the booking page.
Can I book in my lunch hour?
Yes. Weekday slots at 11:30 and 12:30 are made for it. Choose a service that fits your time, and text if you are on a tight clock.
What is the difference between gel polish and an overlay?
Gel polish is color set under a lamp. An overlay is a thicker layer of builder gel over your natural nail, in clear or color, shaped and smoothed. Andy will say which suits your nails.
Do I need to book removal first?
If you have gel, acrylic or dip from another salon, book a gel removal first or add it to your visit. Please do not pull it off yourself.
Can I bring a picture?
Yes. Text a photo of a finish you like before your visit, or show it at the table.
What if a nail lifts?
Tell us within a week and we will look at it. A one-nail repair is on the menu.
How do you clean your tools?
Metal tools are cleaned and disinfected between clients, and each client gets a new file and buffer.
Is the menu for men or women?
It is for anyone. Services are named by time and by what is done, not by who they are for.
Can I bring a friend or a child?
Visits are for clients 14 and over. One guest may wait with you in the suite; it is a small room, so please leave strollers and large bags downstairs.
How does pricing work?
Prices depend on the service, the finish and any add-ons, and they show on the booking page when you choose a time. How pricing works explains what moves them.
Still have a question?
